1. All requests must be submitted by October 5th 2011

2. Church Ministries will be given priority over businesses.

3. Once all ministries are placed, field slots will be assigned by available space/power requirements, and, per approval by pastor and committee.

4. If more requests are made than slots available, approved requests will be drawn from a hat.

5. You will be notified by October 12th via e-mail if you have a slot.
